Information Systems Tech II
We are a primary water resource agency. We are also a water wholesaler and flood protection agency and are the steward for streams and creeks, underground aquifers and district-built reservoirs.
Our stream stewardship responsibilities include creek restoration and wildlife habitat projects, pollution prevention efforts and a commitment to natural flood protection.
3 Positions: (1) 960 hours, (2) 480 hours each $ 29.23/hour
Responsibilities include:
Performs a variety of technical tasks in support of users of personal
computer systems throughout the District, including the installation and
maintenance of personal computer hardware and software. Windows based
environment
Experience and Training Guidelines
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the
required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain
the knowledge and abilities would be:
Experience
Two years of increasingly responsible microcomputer systems technical
support experience.
Training
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by 30
semester units of college level course work in computer science or a
related field.
License or Certificate
Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid California
driver's license may be required with determination made on a case by
case basis at the time of job posting.

Hours: Full-Time
Length: One 6-Month and two 3-Month Contracts
Pay Rate: $29.00/hr
